Anxiety
It’s normal to feel anxious or worried when facing stressful situations or problems. But if your anxiety and fearful thoughts are so intense, and it’s overwhelming or unmanageable; and it is impacting your personal life, work or health… it’s important to seek help.
Social Anxiety
It is normal being nervous or anxious when you have to give a speech or when you’re meeting people for the first time. But with social anxiety disorder your anxiety is so intense that you may avoid social situations all together as a way to cope. It can affect all aspects of your daily life, preventing you from reaching your full potential and lead to other mental health issues.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision is a specialty within the overall practice of counselling and an important component in the development of skilled therapists.
Clinical Supervision consists of the practitioner meeting on a regular basis with the clinical supervisor to discuss casework and other professional issues in a structured way.
Sadness or Depression
You might be struggling with feeling sad or depressed as part of a normal reaction to a difficult, hurtful or disappointing situation. Or, you may have feelings of intense sadness – including feeling helpless, hopeless, and worthless – that lasts for many days to weeks and keeps you from functioning normally. You can’t seem to ‘snap out of it’ or ‘choose to be happy’.
Engaging in Unhealthy Behaviours (harmful habits)
Perhaps you’re in a rut – not looking after yourself, not eating properly, and not exercising. You may be engaging in addictive behaviours – drinking too much, eating too much, using substances or other means to cope with the stress in your life. You’re worried about your behaviour, but feel unable to do anything to change it.

Feeling stuck in your personal or professional life and don’t know how to get unstuck? The main focus with Coaching is getting you ‘unstuck’ by taking effective actions to reach specific life goals. We will get to work discovering your purpose or direction and put a plan in place to move you towards the personal and professional goals you want and deserve.
